From the first day I met Lisa, I knew I was going to be in good hands. She was extremely responsive and attentive from the very beginning, answering all of my questions in great detail (super quickly!) and checking in regularly to make sure I was on on track with loans, pre-approvals, closing, and everything in between. Here were a few things that really stood out to me about Lisa:
1. She was extremely responsive and would anticipate the kinds of questions I would ask, and send me materials ahead of time to make sure I was well-informed.
2. Lisa pulled a fantastic list of homes for me to see. When it was time for me to make a decision, it felt easy because I had seen all available homes that met my criteria.
3. She was never biased about a town/neighborhood/home. She always brought in her real estate expertise (questions specific to the property, asking seller’s agents about the things that mattered to me), but remained very neutral in my decision making process. I really appreciated this because I felt very confident in the choices I was making, but felt very supported.
4. Lisa was very flexible around viewings. She was also very well connected with other agents, which made it easy for me to create a tour schedule with little to no delay.
5. I had a unique case in which I had to get a POA internationally, and Lisa helped take lead by arranging emails with the lawyer to help me navigate it.
6. Last but not least, Lisa was very personable and thoughtful. From the first day to closing day, she always treated me with great respect, and had a positive attitude even when things got stressful.
